How Fees Work
How do our fees work?
Tenant brief referrals
When you bring us a tenant brief, in which we successfully acquire a property and place that tenant, we pay a leasing commission to the referring agent on settlement. The rate is agreed in writing before we proceed – not afterwards.
Your client remains your client. We don’t engage with them directly without your involvement. If the deal requires you to manage the ongoing client relationship, we’ll support that.
Property introductions
If you introduce us to a vendor whose property we acquire, the sales commission arrangement stays between you and your vendor. We don’t touch it.
What we bring to the transaction is certainty: we are a committed buyer who follows through on what we start. We don’t renegotiate after exchange. We don’t manufacture delays. If something material emerges in due diligence, we’ll tell you immediately and explain the issue – we’d rather have a difficult conversation early than a collapsed deal near settlement.
