Our Process

From introduction to settlement.
How we work.

Step 1

Assessment

When you introduce a property, we assess it against our current investment focus. If there’s a potential fit, we’ll request an inspection and any relevant documentation, including title, outgoings, zonings, crown leases, planning overlays, existing lease agreements.

Step 2

Due diligence

We conduct our own due diligence internally, with external specialist support where required. We don’t use DD as a stalling mechanism. If we have a question, we ask it directly. If something changes the picture, we tell you immediately.

Step 3

Finance

Finance is arranged through our lending partners as part of a conditional exchange, giving both parties clarity and structure through to settlement. We work closely with our lenders and valuers throughout this process, and keep you informed every step of the way.

Step 4

Exchange and settlement

Once terms are agreed, we move to exchange and follow through to settlement. We don’t renegotiate after exchange, and we don’t manufacture delays. The only exception is if something material comes to light during due diligence that wasn’t disclosed to us.

We’re direct people. If something changes on our end, or if due diligence requires a conversation, we’ll pick up the phone. We’d rather have an honest conversation early than a problem late.
